This is where everything started: at Rua do Poço dos Negros, 168.
Buna is located in a lively neighbourhood full of great shops, restaurants and a large international community that chose Lisbon to be their home.
As you enter through the door, you will notice that you are up for a warm experience in a place where people actually talk to each other (about coffee and everything else), keeping our spirit of exchange alive every single day.
‘For them, community is every bit as important as coffee: it’s even in the official version of their name: Buna – Coffee and People’

The coffee
We have become a chosen spot for many in the city because we tend to serve coffee beans that are more on the lighter side. We are known for our balanced brews and the effort that we put in every cup.
If you have time to enjoy a great sensorial experience, our baristas will gladly help you choose the beans for your v60.

The Food
While the coffee is at the heart of our activity, we also serve quality food and pastries daily.
Our seasonal menus include toasts, vegetarian/vegan options, crafted with the freshest ingredients by our chefs. We have also introduced homemade focaccias, baked from scratch in our second shop.
The Space
Lisbon’s blue skies and the sun warm our customers as they enjoy their coffee on the sunny terrace, while the yellow trams pass by.
Our cute and comfortable leather sofa is already a signature piece of Buna: a favourite of our regular customers and their pets! It is the perfect spot to be sitting if you wanna chat to the barista, your friends, or catch up on your reads.
